Frequently Asked Questions

What if our wedding is cancelled or postponed?

If it’s postponed, let us know the new date to book it as soon as possible. If it’s canceled, typically there are no refunds, but some circumstances may apply. The good news is that you do have up to 6 months to use the credit for any other event or service we offer.

Is there an advantage for one company to do both photo and video services?

Even though we work well with other companies, yes there’s an advantage when we work with our own team. We know our styles better and we also know our equipment better. Again, that does not mean we will not work well with other companies just a slight advantage when we keep it in-house.

What is full editing?

On all the images taken, we adjust lighting, contrast, color, composition and other standard editing techniques.

How do we receive images?

We send you an email with a password protected link to view, share, print and download all images. If included, we also send you all via a USB. All images are full resolution and have no watermarks. This online gallery is available for 3 months.

Do you offer any prints or albums?

We do. Since we offer printing rights we usually do not receive request for prints, but we do offer these services. Our albums are 10 x 10 lay-flat albums with 20 pages. You can fit up to 75 images and it is all custom made (no templates) to your style and theme. More pages can also be added. Please contact us for more details.

How many photos will we receive?

It all depends on the number of hours we work, the number of photographers and the pace of your wedding. On average 500-1000 jpeg images. Raw images are also available upon request.

Besides the contract what else do you need?

Once we get closer to the wedding, we will talk about a photo list and based on this list, we will offer you a wedding timeline that you can share with your wedding party, families and other vendors. This list is very important to keep all on the same page with the itinerary of the wedding. There are a few samples on our website.

What is Engagement or Bridal?

Basically, engagement is the couple and the bridal is just the bride. Besides this difference, the service is the same for both options. It’s a 1-2 hour photo session on location. After the session, we’ll provide all images to view online. Couple/Bride will choose their/her top 10. We will do a more in depth editing process to these 10 images and upload for couple/bride to view. Last, couple/bride will choose one image for us to print a 16 x 24 enlargement (other sizes also available). This process can take up to 5 weeks and can be done as early as needed prior to the wedding day.

What is Rehearsal?

It’s a 3-hour photo and video coverage of the rehearsal ceremony and/or dinner. We will edit the photos, upload to the gallery and send link to couple for them to view, share, and download all images. On the video side, we will also edit and send the couple a link for them to view, share and download video file.
