Who will record & edit our wedding?
To maintain our quality, we only cover 1-2 weddings per weekend. We have 4 professional and experienced videographers with an average of 15 years of experience. Each videographer has full gear and backup equipment. Each videographer has been personally trained by the owner/lead videographer. Adding to this, we’re proud to say our editing is not outsourced. All our editing is done in-house by our award-winning editors. This helps us maintain our signature style.
How many cameras do you use?
On average 2-3 state-of-the-art 4K video cameras for a variety of angles and we also use mics and audio recorders to capture voices during the ceremony and reception.
Can we add more hours of coverage on the wedding day?
Additional hours can be added at any time before or during the wedding. You can also upgrade to full reception editing after the wedding day.
Can we request a specific recording style?
Yes! After 25 years covering events, we know there are differences that may require a different “approach” so please let us know if you have a specific dress code or would want a fly-on-the-wall, low key presence or if you’re looking for a more active videographer with directing skills.
Can we request a specific editing style for the highlight video?
Of course! Please let us know your vision. We strive to provide creative, and artistic wedding movies that are customized to your personalities. We can adjust the speaking parts, music style, faster cuts, slow motion, time shifting, cinematic, vintage… Let us know what you prefer and if there’s a sample of a wedding you liked, please send it to us. We’re happy to adjust our style to meet your expectations.
Who decides the music for the highlight video?
There are a few online options for you to choose music for your highlight video so please contact us for more details, but in general most couples let us choose for them.
How will we receive all the videos?
For digital downloads, you’ll receive a link via email to download all files. You have 30 days to download them to your computer, drive, or cloud. More time can be added by request. We also provide a USB flash drive that we ship to you. The USB will have all the edited and unedited files.
What is a full ceremony, reception & toast edit?
Documentary-style edits of your full ceremony, reception, and toasts, captured with clean audio and multiple angles. Delivered exactly as it happened, with no time limit. This includes vows, rings, formal dances, speeches, and sendoff to mention a few.
What is needed to book and what is the turnaround?
We would need 1/3 of the total, but we can also offer payment plans. We accept all payment methods, but we encourage Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Checks, or Cash to avoid a 3% Credit Card/Paypal fee. We would also need a contract, which is on our website. On average, 6-8 weeks.
